The Vision That Started XylonTech
Santosh founded XylonTech with technical depth, determination, and a belief in the possibilities created when people across borders build together. His vision extended beyond delivering software. He believed in creating trusted relationships, opening meaningful opportunities for talent in Nepal, and building a company through which professional growth and shared prosperity could travel in more than one direction. Santosh’s legacy continues through the people he brought together, the standards he helped establish, and XylonTech’s commitment to carry the company forward with integrity, courage, and care.
