Santosh Aryal is a software engineer and manager who has spent almost two decades in software industry working for companies like ECC, BlackBerry and XylonTech. As a founder/principal, he leads the team, advises customers, performs general management functions, builds parternships and looks out for opportunities for growth. He has spent first half of his existence in Nepal - a beautiful, diverse but impoverished developing country in the Himalayas and has been living in the United States of America since 2007. He lives in Greater Seattle Area and occasionally travels to Kathmandu for business, charity and family reasons.

Karishma Singh is an experienced engineering leader and a passionate IT professional with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. She has a Masters degree in Information Systems from Texas A&M International University and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College. She has worked for CareerBuilder, a leader in the employment website in the United States, for over 10 years and for a non-profit 'Giving Company' for over 2 years. She grew up in Kathmandu and has been living with her family in Atlanta, Georgia since 2007.

Abhishek oversees the technical operation in XylonTech's Kathmandu office. He completed his B.S. in Computer Science from St. Lawrence University and M.S. in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and has over 15 years of experience in software industry. He has worked for companies like Oracle Cerner in Kansas City and Imprivata in Boston area.
