The Vision That Started XylonTech
Santosh founded XylonTech with technical depth, determination, and a belief in the possibilities created when people across borders build together. His vision extended beyond delivering software. He believed in creating trusted relationships, creating career pathways across the United States and Nepal, and building a company through which professional growth and shared prosperity could travel in more than one direction. Santosh’s legacy continues through the people he brought together, the standards he helped establish, and XylonTech’s commitment to carry the company forward with integrity, courage, and care.

Salana Adhikari
Chief Executive Officer
Salana leads XylonTech’s next chapter, drawing on more than 21+ years of technology and business leadership experience, including product and program leadership at BlueCross BlueShield, Microsoft and Qualtrics. She has guided complex enterprise initiatives, cross-functional teams, and technology transformation across global and distributed environments. Her leadership brings together enterprise experience, AI-informed product strategy, systems thinking, and ecological awareness—with a commitment to deliberate growth, human-centered technology, and partnerships that create measurable environmental and social value. She believes how we build matters as much as what we build.

Satya brings more than 19 years of management experience, including serving as a Lead for Air China, where she oversaw operations, teams, human resources, and financial coordination. Today, she leads XylonTech’s Nepal operations through BeNepal Tech, connecting global priorities with locally grounded leadership and building the systems, relationships, and workplace environment that enable teams to thrive.

BhaiBahini is an early-stage social-impact initiative connecting young people in Nepal with trusted Nepali professionals and diaspora mentors for structured guidance, learning, and meaningful connection.
The initiative grew from a shared vision held by Santosh Aryal and Salana Adhikari: that knowledge, experience, and opportunity should move across borders—and that Nepali professionals around the world can help the next generation approach important life and career decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
BhaiBahini is currently being developed within XylonTech with support from our product, design, engineering, and operations teams. Over time, it is intended to grow into its own organizational home and community-centered platform.
