ABOUT THE ROLE
A role for turning ambiguity into momentum.
XylonTech is looking for a thoughtful, curious, and highly organized Product Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager. This is not a project-coordination-only role. You’ll help take products from early ideas through discovery, requirements, design, development, testing, and release.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Shape the path from idea to release.
Translate product vision and business needs into functional requirements
Develop user journeys, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with UX and Design to validate product flows
Partner with engineering and architecture to clarify requirements and dependencies
Maintain and refine product backlogs; support sprint planning and refinement
Identify edge cases, assumptions, risks, and missing scenarios before development
Collaborate with QA on test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing
Maintain lightweight product documentation and decision logs
Use AI tools to accelerate product research, analysis, documentation, and validation

We are looking for someone who is comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, connecting dots across teams, and respectfully challenging assumptions when something doesn’t make sense.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Clear thinking, strong collaboration, and product craft.
Required
• 3+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management, Product Ownership, or related technology roles
• Strong user-story and acceptance-criteria writing skills
• Experience translating ambiguous ideas into structured requirements
• Experience working with software engineers, UX designers, and QA
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify gaps, dependencies, and edge cases
Nice to Have
• Azure DevOps or Jira
• Figma
• API or integration knowledge
• UAT or QA experience
• SaaS or web-application experience
• AI-enabled product experience
XylonTech is actively exploring AI across the product-development lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be comfortable experimenting with AI for product research, requirement analysis, user-story refinement, edge-case discovery, test-scenario generation, documentation, and backlog analysis.
